Private Hire
Looking for a beautiful, book-filled space for your next event? Our large and spacious back room is available for private hire and makes a memorable setting for book launches, signings, readings, and small gatherings.
There’s ample space for food and drinks, and your guests are welcome to explore the rest of the shop and browse our shelves. The space is welcoming and versatile – perfect for many different kinds of events! Working with Schools
At Nomad Books, we believe passionately in nurturing young readers and supporting literacy in schools. That’s why we partner with primary and secondary schools to organise author visits, book signings, and classroom activities that help bring stories off the page and into students’ lives.
We’re happy to handle book orders, deliver books directly to your school, or be there in person on the day to sell books during an event. Whether you’re planning a whole-school author visit or a smaller classroom session, we’d love to be involved.
We’ve developed numerous fantastic professional relationships with school librarians all across London, and work hard considering matching authors and events to the right school.

Our Windows
Our beautiful front window has become something of a local landmark – a constantly evolving space that reflects the stories inside the shop. Over the years, we’ve been lucky to work with a number of incredibly talented illustrators and artists who have transformed our window into whole new worlds.
The window is made up of three panels. Authors/illustrators can either work on one panel, or all three – just let us know what would work for you! Displays are usually kept for up to three weeks, and are often booked six months in advance. So be sure to email us early.
