 ined by her friend Olympic marathon runner&nbsp\;Rose Harvey\, who will 
 be leading us in a relaxed and intimate Q&amp\;A. Both Sophie and Rose w
 ill have just completed the London Marathon a mere two days before!\n\n\
 n\nKnown to many as a familiar face on BBC News\, Sophie joins us to sha
 re a different side of her story\, celebrating her new book&nbsp\;Runnin
 g on Air: From BBC Headlines to Life-Changing Finish Lines.\n\n\n\nSophi
 e will reflect on her unexpected journey into running - a journey that t
 ook her across the Alps and even to the Sahara Desert for the famous 150
 -mile Marathon des Sables! A journey that began later in life and unfold
 ed into something far more transformative than she ever anticipated. Alo
